	J5 encoder initialize error
	An error has occurred during initialization of the J5 encoder.
	(1) Check that the FG wires of the robot unit and controller are grounded properly. (2) Check that no noise sources (e.g., welding machines) are in the vicinity of the robot unit or controller.
