	Interrupt buffer overflow
	Hand I/O interrupts occurred more than 100 times, but TrackDataSet was not executed.
	Execute the TrackDataInitialize instruction, and clear the buffer. Up to 100 work position data detected upon hand I/O interrupts can be stored. The work position data moves to the conveyor tracking data buffer upon execution of TrackDataSet. Always execute the TrackDataSet instruction.
