	J4 encoder system down failure
	The 4th-axis encoder system has gone down.
	1. Check that the encoder backup battery connector is firmly plugged. 2. If the battery connector has been disconnected for more than 3 minutes, this error will occur. For recovery, reset the encoder and execute CALSET.
