	J1 power module failure
	A fuse on the 1st axis power module was blown.
	Inspection or repair of the power module is required. Do not replace the fuse on the power module. If excess deviation, overcurrent, motor overload or controller overload occurred prior to this error, follow the remedy steps corresponding to each error.
