	A power module failure occurred on 8th axis.
	As the controller may be possibly damaged, take the following remedy. 1. Check if the controller is properly installed, referring to the INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE GUIDE. 2. Check the working ambient temperature. 3. Clean the fan filter.
