	Power off while receiving data
	When high-speed transfer setting was valid, the power was turned OFF without saving data during transfer from WINCAPS II to the controller or after transfer ended.
	When this error occurred, the execution-format file gets undefined, and deleted. After transfer ended, save the file or edit it with the teach pendant for compilation.
