	MOTOR ON command with deadman switch off.
	In Robot System "Type A," the MOTOR ON command cannot execute when the deadman switch is released in Manual mode or Teach check mode.
	When executing the MOTOR ON command in Manual mode or Teach check mode, hold down the deadman switch.
