	Servo communication data error
	A controller internal error has occurred. (Servo-received data is out of the range.)
	(1) Check that the FG wires of the robot unit and controller are grounded properly. (2) Check that no noise sources (e.g., welding machines) are in the vicinity of the robot unit or controller.
