	CC-Link communication error
	CC-Link does not operate.
	1. Check that the CC-Link settings made in the controller are not discrepant from those in the master station. 2. Check that the CC-Link cable is not broken or the connector is plugged in. 3. Check that there is no welding machines or machinery emitting electric noise near the robot unit or its controller. In addition to the above check points, check the status of the LEDs on the front of the CC-Link remote device board.
