1. Outline

This tool is a support tool for specifying the code page 
of MQTT provider (CaoProvMQTT_PUBLISHER, CaoProvMQTT_SUBSCRIBER).
A list of code pages that can be used in the running system is displayed,
and you can copy a code page (numeric value) to the clipboard simply by selecting it.

2. How to use
----------

- STEP1: Launch the application.

- STEP2: Select any code page from the code page list.

- STEP3: Click the "Copy" button.
			(If you press "Cancel" here, you can terminate the application without copying.)

- STEP4: The application ends and the selected code page is copied to the clipboard.
